It is the latest technology used for automated spraying of disinfectant using water as base & air as the spraying medium in atomized form. Dilute chemical solution & compressed air are fed via piping to atomizing nozzles placed in the rooms to create a fine fog. The water droplet size achieved by this system would be in the range of 10 to 50 microns depending on the air pressure & flow rate. The more the pressure & flow, optimum would be the droplet size. The system finds application in most of the food & beverage plants, Pharmaceutical plants, Dairies, Hospitals, R&D Labs, etc for Air Sanitization, Humidification, Deodorization, spraying chemicals, etc in addition to Fumigation.
