TechnSys Hygiene centre, Model: HS-T-100 is placed between the production area and other areas within a factory with an automatic disinfection of footwear and hands at entrance in the production. All process parameters can be adjusted as per requirements from the Control panel. It does two things at the same time: it cleans the soles and the hands.
The rotating sole cleaning brushes are automatically wetted with water with Disinfectant chemical. Spraying of disinfectant is sensor regulated with soiled water gets drained off continuously. The person walks over a dry mat wherein the excess water if any is removed off the soles, thereby drying them.
Hand wash station provided with hand dryer to remove off the excess water from the hands and thereby drying them. The hand disinfection is regulated by sensors. Spray nozzles above and underneath the hand ensure a fine spray of the disinfectant. Only when the hands have been disinfected, the turnstile will be released and the person can proceed to the next room.
